In next Friday's session we will learn some useful expressions that could be used when it comes to taking care of our clients (e.g. how to make requests, saying the right thing in specific situations, explaining bank procedures using the first conditional and modal verbs, expressing purpose with 'to' + infinitive).
Then we will see the main features of online and telephone banking, and we will do some general revision exercises.
Remember you will have to role-play a dialogue (in pairs/threes) in the last session of the course. You can let me know about your proposals in the class.
